Setting a GPC calibration in the method

Setting a GPC calibration in the method allows you to automatically calibrate all chromatograms measured using such method.

  1. Open the Method Setup dialog on GPC Calculation tab: for example by selecting Method - GPC Calculation... in the Instrument window.
  2. Open the method by selecting the Open... icon ⓐ.

  1. Click the Set… button ⓑ to set a GPC calibration file, or create a new one by clicking the New… button ⓒ.
  2. Click OK ⓓ to apply and save the changes made to the method.
