Data Acquisition

The Data Acquisition window works the same on the MS-MS Instrument as on standard Clarity Instrument.

Moreover, the MS-MS Extension adds the Show MS Spectrum command to the View menu, which allows to display the real time spectrum acquired by the detector during running analysis. This command can be selected anytime (as long as the Instrument type is MS and there is spectral MS detector configured), but Clarity displays any spectra only during running acquisition. It is always possible to return to the basic display mode by selecting the Show Signal(s) command.

Caution:

Displaying spectra from MS-MS detectors during the running acquisition is not supported yet, it will be added in future Clarity version.
