PDA Libraries

PDA Library serves for storing compounds along with their PDA data such as spectrum. Working with PDA libraries and data is possible from PDA Chromatogram window. Clarity has one default library called PAH.lib. Users can use this library or create a custom library. Alternatively, any number of libraries can be used to calculate results.

PDA libraries are saved in an ASCII format and can be edited by a text editor such as Notepad++, which is provided as an extra utility.
