Details of Calibration Point
This dialog lists all recalibrations recorded for a given calibration level. Based on the enabled recalibrations, the final Calibration Point for the level is calculated. Use the Calibration - Show Details command or click on the row of the level, to invoke the Details of Calibration Point dialog.
Used Level
Checkbox that determines whether the calibration level is included in the calibration curve.
Used
Checkbox that determines whether the recalibration is included in the calculation of the Calibration Point.
Ret. Time
The retention time recorded for the recalibration.
Amount
The amount of the compound at this level. The value is the same for all recalibrations within the level.
Area
The peak area recorded for the recalibration.
Height
The peak height recorded for the recalibration.
Date
The date and time when the recalibration was added.
Standard
The data file from which the recalibration originates. If unknown, it is marked as <Unknown>.
The number of recalibrations stored is limited to the value set in the Recalibration section of Sequence Options. If a new recalibration is performed after reaching this limit (No. of Points), the oldest recalibration will be permanently deleted.
