Check Sequence
The Check Sequence function verifies the sequence before execution. It can be triggered manually from the toolbar or runs automatically when attempting to start a sequence. If any issues are detected, an error message appears, always displaying the first detected issue in the sequence. Rows containing an error or warning are also marked in the Status column.
Error Messages
Below are notable error messages (it is not an exhaustive list) that may appear during the sequence check:

Calibration file must be defined in method [Method Name] for successful recalibration. |
If you set the Sample Type to Standard (and filled in Lvl column) or Blank, a calibration file must be set in the method used to measure this row. |
Open checkbox must be selected to perform Print, Print to PDF, and/or Export Data. | To proceed with printing or exporting, ensure that the Open checkbox is checked for the relevant sequence rows. |
Calibration [Calibration Name] already exists. | This warning occurs when a cloned calibration has a non-unique name. To resolve this, adjust the Cloned Calibration Name setting in Method Setup - Calculation to include a unique identifier (e.g., sequence name, time, or counter). |
