Creating a new user account

1. Open the User Accounts window: click on or choose System - User Accounts.
2. To create a new user, click the button New ⓐ and fill in the new User Name ⓑ.
3. Enter the Desktop File name ⓒ. If you left the Desktop File field empty, a [UserName].dsk desktop file will be automatically created.

   Note:

   This file contains settings regarding the size, location, and visibility of Clarity windows as well as all the modifiable Instrument parameters which are not part of system files.

4. Fill in a user Description if you want to. ⓓ
5. Click OK to accept the changes.
