Chromatogram

The chromatogram or chromatograms are displayed in the Graph pane of the Chromatogram window on the Chromatogram tab similarly to the standard Clarity. The window properties including the Overlay and Graph Properties are essentially the same as in Standard mode and are described in the respective part of the main help. The Peak Name taken from calibration (integration function Force Peak Name still can be used to label peak) and Group peak tags are not available in GPC mode.

By default The GPC calibration curve is overlaid above the chromatogram curve in the Chromatogram graph pane. Is displayed for the active signal and it can be switched off in the Graph Properties - GPC Options dialog (available from local menu). While the curve is displayed the right Y-axis displays molecular weights corresponding to the curve. By default the axis uses logarithmic scale, this can be changed in the graph properties. The axis values and range are fixed regardless of the zoom in the Chromatogram window.

Note:

When auxiliary signals are present and displayed in the chromatogram graph, the right Y-axis will prioritize showing their values over the GPC calibration curve. To display the axis for the calibration curve, the auxiliary signal axis must be hidden (can be set in Graph Properties - Auxiliary Signal Details).
