Importing PDA Chromatogram

  • Open the Chromatogram window on the Instrument where the PDA Extension is active.
  • Open the PDA Chromatogram window from Window - PDA Chromatogram or by clicking the PDA icon.
  • Use the File – Import 3D command to get the import selection. Select a file and press the Open button.

Note:

Clarity currently supports *.chr, *.csv, *.txt, *.raw, and *.asc files for the import. The *.cdf format is not currently supported for 3D.
