Calibration
Contains commands for managing calibration levels, signals, and compounds, including adding, deleting, clearing, and filtering calibration data.
Icon | Command | Description |
Set Level |
Sets the calibration level displayed in the Calibration Summary Table, the same way as the tool in the Calibration toolbar. In the Compounds tab, all compounds appear at the chosen level, while individual compound tabs show all levels for the selected compound. The selected level is shown in the header above the last four columns. |
|
Set Signal |
Selects the active signal when using multi-detector calibration. The sub-menu lists available signals, and the active one is displayed in the header of the Calibration Summary Table and next to the compound name and retention time in the Calibration Curve Graph. The signal can also be selected using the icon in the Calibration toolbar. |

![]() |
Add All | Adds all peaks found in the open calibration standard to the calibration or updates their existing entries. |
![]() |
Add Existing | Adds/Updates all peaks and peak groups already present in the calibration using the data from the calibration standard. Peaks that are not yet in the calibration are ignored. |
![]() |
Add Peak | Adds the selected peak from the calibration standard to the calibration or updates its existing entry if a matching compound is already present. |
![]() |
Add Group | Adds or updates a group of peaks selected in the calibration standard into the calibration. |
![]() |
Add Named Group | Opens the Edit Named Group dialog to create a new named group in the Calibration Table. Named groups are used to sum the amounts of already calibrated peaks for reporting grouped results. |
![]() |
Delete Compound |
Deletes a selected compound from the calibration file. Compounds can also be deleted by removing the corresponding row from the Calibration Summary Table using the Delete key or the Delete Compound command from the local menu. |
Delete All Compounds | Deletes all compounds from the calibration file. A warning message will appear before executing the command to confirm this action. This command is also present in the Calibration Summary Table local menu.
Clear All Responses | Clears responses on all calibration levels. A warning message will appear before executing the command, informing you that this action cannot be undone using the Undo command.
Clear All Levels | Clears all responses and amounts on all calibration levels. If used in the Compounds tab, it removes data for all compounds. If used in an individual compound tab, it removes data only for the selected compound. A warning message will appear before executing the command, informing you that this action cannot be undone using the Undo command.
Clear Selected Level | Clears all responses and amounts on the selected calibration level. If used in the Compounds tab, it removes data for all compounds on the selected level. If used in an individual compound tab, it removes data only for the selected compound on the selected level. A warning message will appear before executing the command, informing you that this action cannot be undone using the Undo command.
Show Details | Opens the Details of Calibration Point dialog, displaying a detailed log of the selected calibration level of the compound, including all available recalibrations.

Filter Not Used Compounds | Hides or shows rows in the Calibration Summary Table (and related individual compound tabs) where the Used checkbox is disabled. A warning is displayed above the table when rows are hidden. Clicking Show All disables filtering. |

Options… | Opens the Calibration Options dialog, where various calibration and recalibration settings, and default values can be configured. |
