In our technical support center, you can reach out to us with any software issues, find answers to frequently asked questions, and access documentation and video tutorials.

Technical support is provided:

For free, only the last two major software versions (that is 9.x and 10.x) and for registered users with registered software - according to Update and upgrade policy.
The free technical support does not include application support and software training.
As paid services for older versions, software training, advanced application support etc. 
Support is available for versions 8.0 (released in 2018) and newer.
