6.0.0

*New: Bunching of data points is now separated from the Peak Width parameter. Bunching indicates the number of data points to be averaged. Default value for new methods is 1; valid range is 1-250. Old chromatograms will open with the bunching value that has been set automatically by the previous algorithm. See the detailed explanation in reference help or in M094 - Clarity 6.0 vs 5.0 manual.

*New: Calibration: changed behavior of the Update Retention Time option - now the selected action is performed unconditionally.

*New: Calibration: ISTD calculation could be now used for unidentified peaks (quantitated by response factor).

*New: Calibration: option to disable individual recalibrations on the same level in Show Details (former Show History) window.

*New: Calibration: option to disable warning about standard chromatogram reuse.

*New: Calibration: redesigned dialog for manual calibration/recalibration.

*New: Calibration: the Calibrate, Add peak option will now add all peaks from one standard chromatogram to the first shared empty level.

*New: Calibration: the Update Calibration Response option in Calibration Options dialog used for response correction based on injection volume has been removed.

*New: Chromatogram:  rearranged layout of the Graph Properties, specifically the Gradient and Auxiliary tabs.

*New: Chromatogram: Default signal colors were changed in DataAcquisition and Chromatogram windows.

*New: Chromatogram: Graph Properties now includes option to hide/show auxiliary signals individually.

*New: Chromatogram: Result table - Improved speed during user column calculations.

*New: Installation now requires approval of the EULA document.

*New: New chromatogram data format to enable processing of larger data ranges. The chromatogram files are not backward compatible with version 5.0.5 and earlier.  Older chromatograms will be automatically converted, the old data will be retained in them. It is possible to save the new chromatograms to old format, however some rounding errors will be introduced.

*New: New look for toolbars, table headers and menu in Clarity Lite windows.

*New: Sequence:  option to open chromatograms directly from the Sequence table from the Status column.

*New: Sequence: Improved design of the sequence table for easier orientation in the Sequence table.

*New: Station will not revert to forced (red warning stripe) DEMO mode due to wrong or missing user code or HW key problems.

*New: TeamviewerQS utility updated to version 10

*New: The Save As to old DataApex software formats (CSW17, CSW32) will be no more supported for chromatograms, methods, sequences and calibrations.

#Fixed Bug: Calibration: possible crash when the hyperbolic curve fit was used.

#Fixed Bug: Calibration: problem in handling of last reference peak identification window.

#Fixed Bug: Calibration: the Default Injected Volume in Calibration Options dialog - values used for response correction are now recorded.

#Fixed Bug: Calibration: the Show History option has been renamed to Show Details, similar change also applied in the Report Setup.

#Fixed Bug: Calibration: wrong peak type for ISTD peaks in calibrations imported from old (CSW17) format.

#Fixed Bug: Chromatogram:  the function of dragging chromatogram in the graph using Ctrl and left mouse button was not functional (since version 5.0.4)

#Fixed Bug: Chromatogram: Graph Properties, Signals - wrong units handling in the Signal Offset field.

#Fixed Bug: Chromatogram: the Groups dialog - now checks for validity of the identifier (A-Z) during entry.

#Fixed Bug: Chromatogram: Wrong signal units after mathematical operations (storing one signal from multi signal chromatogram as a separate chromatogram).

#Fixed Bug: Reports: Print Calibration Details - amended column layout was not stored.

#Fixed Bug: Sequence: the Reset Status command is now disabled during sequence run.

#Fixed Bug: Some system files were not found, when the configuration file *.cfg was set by commandline to different directory than the ClarityLite.exe file.
